This policy explains what personal information PNW Research Labs LLC, trading as PNW Peptides Labs, collects through pnwpeptideslabs.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the email we send you about your account and orders.

We are the controller of the information described below. If you have a question about this policy, use the contact details above and we will respond within one business day, Monday through Friday.
Information we collect
When you create a research account
Name, email address, company or institution, researcher type, and the acknowledgments you check at sign-up. We record the date, time, and IP address of those acknowledgments as proof that they were given. We also record whether you opted in to marketing email.
When you place an order
Billing and shipping address, telephone number if you supply one, the items ordered, order totals, and your acceptance of the research use terms at checkout with its date, time, and IP address.
Payment information
We do not receive, store, or process your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, which collects and holds the card data directly. We receive only the result of the transaction, the last four digits, the card brand, and the authorization reference.
Automatically
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time of visit. Our host and security layer log request data to operate and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To verify that an account belongs to a qualified purchaser and that the email address is real.
- To take, fulfil, ship, and support your orders.
- To send transactional email such as account confirmation, password reset, order confirmation, and shipping notice. These are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them while you hold an account.
- To send marketing email only if you opted in. Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link.
- To keep a record that research use terms were accepted, which we are required to be able to evidence.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We share only what each of these needs to do its job:
- Payment processing. Our card processor and its acquiring bank, to authorize and settle payments and to investigate disputes and chargebacks.
- Shipping. Carriers, to deliver your order and to provide tracking.
- Hosting. Hostinger, which operates the servers this site runs on.
- Email delivery and customer records. FluentCRM and FluentSMTP, which run on our own infrastructure, and the sending service that delivers the mail.
- Site security and spam filtering. Automattic, for Jetpack and Akismet, and Google, for the reCAPTCHA that protects our forms.
- Professional advisers and authorities. Where we are required by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
If the business is sold or merged, account and order records may transfer to the buyer under the terms of this policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work: your login session, your cart, and the security token on our forms. We use Jetpack Stats for aggregate visitor counts. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not use cross-site behavioural advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the site will not function without the session and cart cookies.
How long we keep it
- Account records and research use acknowledgments: for as long as the account is open, and for seven years after it closes, because we may need to evidence that the terms were accepted.
- Order and transaction records: seven years, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then we keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again.
- Server and security logs: up to twelve months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email scott@pnwpeptideslabs.com and we will respond within thirty days. We will ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we may keep records we are legally required to retain even after a deletion request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message, or by asking us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Accounts are protected by password and by email verification. Access to order and customer records is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that a determined attacker will never succeed, but we will tell affected customers without undue delay if a breach affects their information.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete the account and its data.
Where your data is held
Our systems and our service providers operate in the United States. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be processed there.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top and, for a material change, notify account holders by email.
