These terms govern your use of pnwpeptideslabs.com and any purchase you make from PNW Research Labs LLC, trading as PNW Peptides Labs. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Research use only
Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not intended, and may not be used, for human or veterinary consumption, application, injection, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any condition, nor for any clinical or in vivo purpose in humans or animals.
No statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
You confirm at registration and again at checkout that you understand and accept this restriction. That acknowledgment is recorded with its date, time, and IP address.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 21 years of age. You must be a qualified researcher or a person authorized to purchase research materials on behalf of a company, laboratory, or institution, and you must identify that organization and your researcher type when you register. You must give accurate information and keep it current. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account, and refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion.
3. Accounts and access
The catalog is available only to registered account holders. You must verify your email address before you can check out. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Your obligations as purchaser
You accept full responsibility for the materials once they are delivered, including:
- Safe receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal in accordance with accepted laboratory practice.
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law and with the rules of your institution.
- Ensuring that anyone you allow to handle the materials is competent to do so.
- Not reselling, redistributing, relabelling, or supplying the materials to any person for human or veterinary use.
You agree to indemnify PNW Research Labs LLC against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use or misuse of the materials or your breach of these terms.
5. Orders, pricing, and availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel any order, including after payment, and will refund in full if we do. Prices, specifications, and availability can change without notice. If a price or description is obviously wrong we may cancel the affected order rather than honour the error.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout in United States dollars. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you supply. If a payment is reversed or fails after dispatch, the amount remains due.
7. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Certificates of analysis
Where a certificate of analysis is published for a lot, it reports the results of testing on a sample of that lot at the time stated on the document. It is supplied for information. It is not a warranty of performance, suitability, stability after delivery, or fitness for any purpose, and it does not authorize any use outside laboratory research.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these terms and in our Refund and Returns Policy, the materials are supplied “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for lost profits or lost research, or for any harm arising from use of the materials outside laboratory research. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, product data, and certificates as presented here, belongs to PNW Research Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, scrape or bulk-download the catalog or certificate library, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for anything unlawful.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change and, for a material change, we will notify account holders by email. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that govern that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts serving Spokane County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.
15. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund and Returns policies, are the entire agreement between us.
